Pedagogical proposal for implementing the curricular strategy of environmental education in the Forestry Engineering degree program

Environmental education is a priority in the training of professionals in the Forestry Engineering degree program. Within this framework, the present research aims to design a pedagogical proposal for the implementation of the Curricular Strategy for Environmental Education, to be used by teachers as a tool in the educational teaching process. The research process employed theoretical methods: dialectical-materialist, historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, as well as empirical methods: focus group, interview, analysis and critique of sources, and method triangulation. The pedagogical proposal constitutes a valuable tool for working with environmental education in the Forestry Engineering degree program, with favorable results in its practical application.
