Abstract

Human talent management consists of creating an intrinsic connection between the company with its policies and the workers with their skills. Its purpose is to exploit the relationship of both parties to achieve an adequate organizational performance that is measured in the achievement of objectives. The article analyzes the incidence, in 2023, of human talent management and organizational performance in the company QUEVIAL EP in the canton of Quevedo. The methodology applied was based on a descriptive approach, which exposed a series of events and criteria, which reflected the most relevant factors in correspondence with the stated objective.  Fundamental primary information was generated through interviews, surveys and direct observation. The results indicated that the management of human talent responds to the organization and the resources available for its execution, as well as to the reaction of the collaborators to the absence of leadership or representativeness to watch over the economic situation and the aspects that affect internal management. It is established that it is necessary, in order to improve organizational performance, to expose the observations of the collaborators through a human talent management that links both the institutional needs and those of the workers.
