Abstract

This work describes a research carried out on the processes of planning and production of Jamonada sausages in Bayamo meat EUB to optimize the planning process through with the mathematical models use and techniques of operations research. The results obtained show increases in production estimated by the model that have their impact on the income to be obtained by the entity in 2017, which shows that the investigation of operations is one of the techniques that favor increases in the Food production through a more adequate use of resources.
