Feasibility study of proposal for a new system for the operation of electrical substations and primary distribution circuits of Yara municipality (Review)

Abstract

In this work the steady state conditions of operation of power  transformers of the electric substations of subtransmission belonging to the municipality Yara is analyzed, with the objective of proposing, previous economic technical analysis, the increase (or decrease) of the nominal power in kilovoltamperes (kVA) of the same ones if it is justified economically, keeping in mind the state of current and future load of these substations and to calculate variants of capacity of these transformers to prepare the interconnection of the primary distribution circuits that are fed by the electric substations relatively near, like they are Yara  and Fábrica de Conservas circuits, as well as the conversion of voltage of the networks of electric distribution circuits of the Yara, Fábrica de Conservas and Sofía.
