In the process of vocational training of the Municipal University Center of Buey Arriba, shortcomings are revealed in teachers who limit their quality, the latter being an essential priority of higher education in the country. In order to solve this problem, the objective of the article is to develop a methodological strategy for the improvement of the professionals of the Municipal University Center of Buey Arriba. Based on the assumed epistemological references, the proposal for the elaboration of the methodological strategy is based, which is validated with the user criterion and a partial incursion into pedagogical practice. The results corroborated its relevance and applicability for the improvement of teachers Municipal University Center.
