Abstract

For agricultural development of the Republic of Angola in the position that is sought, is very important to formation of professionals of high qualification the universities national, hair that and imperious to raise they as necessary conditions, such as farms or estate. Visualize as a productive pedagogical estate no

ISPKS, it can impact a two-student formation and resulting in the population what constitutes the general objective of work. At work a level of linkage becomes established integrated teaching-productive in the estate of ISPKS, in which is show an integrated system of institutional management that aims to develop or center of the environment in which it operates. With the creation of this pedagogic productive center at the region, Producer of specific foods by categories; or that constituted a permanent guarantee of food for a population, whit economics price, which stimulates or multiplier effect of the process of extra-murals, showing innovation of the communities, as example, to elaboration of food whith the utilization of biogás and biofertilizantes once that one of the animals were  generated by her with high ecological impact. Assim as a qualit of progress of the salars of the teachers linked to the project. Elevate or practical component of the corporate body of the institution is the main area of ​​experimentation for the realization of Master's degrees and doctorates and all the impacts that compose these activities in the community, as a determinative of the feasibility of this plantation with totally positive indicators for its implantation.
