Educational diversity a view from the work of the educational psychologist (Review)

Abstract

Among the great challenges that Cuban education faces nowadays, it is the looking for a solution to the problem of attention to educational diversity; That is why this article aims to reflect on educational diversity and the role the educational psychologist has to assume from his work at the scholar centers. It highlights the value of diversity as a reality that forces us to modify actions, to produce changes in the centers, in order to achieve a common goal: to achieve more effective centers, if it is desired to get this challenge on the current education. In carrying out this study, the theoretical analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used.
