Today's society requires a teacher to effectively fulfill his social mission; and from the close link that exists between educational guidance and communication, it is required that throughout their training this professional develops communication skills to exercise their guidance function. The author through the theoretical, methodological and empirical foundations made during the research process, related to the communicative ability of listening for the performance of the guiding function, confirmed that the current state of the development of the listening skill for the performance of the function guidance in teachers is of a low level of knowledge. It is necessary a material that serves as support to appropriate content and exercise that ability. The epidemiological situation that the country has gone through has required the use of the media, so the author, from her professional profile, as a psychopedagogical advisor, has designed a digital brochure that contributes to the preparation in the development of the communication skills for the performance of the guiding function in the teacher of Basic Secondary.
