The environment in the rural cooperative environment. Contribution to the perception of environmental risk at work and in the community (Review)
Keywords:
environment; cooperative; risk perceptionAbstract
In investigations that have been part of several projects to study cooperativism in rural conditions, we have concluded that there are environmental problems that affect the working, living and health conditions of workers and their families in this sector of the Granma province in our country, for which we consider in this work as a scientific problem the environmental risk in working conditions in the cooperative rural environment in the Granma province. Taking this problem into account, we propose as an objective to contribute to the perception of workers and the resident population of the environmental risk that exists in working and community conditions in the current rural cooperative environment of Granma. The deployment of a strategic program of training and environmental education in rural communities where the agricultural cooperative production system is developed, based on the development of the research method - action and popular education allows us to contribute to cooperativists and the general resident population to acquire the perception of the risk posed by current environmental conditions for life and health and become participants in the necessary transformations of environmental conditions that are proposed in the National Environmental and Environmental Education Strategy of the country.
