Abstract

Achieving the sustainability of Sports for All projects at the base, adapted to the social and economic conditions of the country with the school as the center, is a challenge faced by Physical Education and Recreation professionals in communities at the present time. where they provide their services. A starting point is the determination of the potential of the community where the schools are located in order to implement actions associated with the living conditions of their actors, such as communities with agricultural cooperatives. The work was carried out with the aim of developing actions at the Rubén Acosta Rosabal Credit and Services Cooperative that enhance compliance with Sport for All activities on weekends, involving managers, workers, partners and their family. The community has three primary schools with 29 enrolled schoolchildren, a family of cooperative members, and they benefit from the projects. It is of great importance because it harmoniously mobilizes those responsible for changing social actions based on the well-being of their community. As a conclusion, it is stated that the actions developed in the Rubén Acosta Rosabal Cooperative commit managers, workers, partners and their family in the fulfillment of the activities of the "Sport for all" program, on weekends, in the “La Rinconada” community of the municipality Jiguaní.
