Abstract

The work aims to design a management procedure for the transfer and commercialization of the results of scientific and academic research to strengthen the relation university-enterprise. A methodology is proposed that integrates the variables, institutional environment and dynamic capacities in the improvement of third mission activities, which contribute to the closing of the research cycle and stimulate the economic realization of the results of business projects. The participation of the enterprise in the introduction of the result to be transferred, the fertilization of the value network of the management of business projects, the closing of the complete research cycle, as well as the introduction of scientific results, are some of the achievements obtained with the application of this methodology.
