Abstract

The water is one of the most resource abundant on planet and essential to life, however it is extremely indispensable their quality. Meanwhile, their utility must be safeguard either on ambient aspects even sanitary. The present study has as objective to analyze the samples of water for the human being consume originating from Central Tableland Haumbo-city, and to associate the quality with the environment so, it was collecting two samples of tape water and from shaft and it was evaluated microbiology’s quality (colonies number to 220C and 370C, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium spores, total coli forms and E. coli and Enterobacteriaceae). Analyzes it was effectuated in order with portuguese and europeans standards. In relations to the obtained results on microbiology’s analyzes, the water it was classified as improper so the maximum acceptable values (VMA) legally stipulated from Decree Law n 306/2007 of 27 of August, it was exceeded in relation to microorganism from 220C e 370C and total coli forms. E. coli, Clostridium spores, sulphite-reducing and Pseudomonas aeruginosa it was absent in all samples analyzed. Relatively to the parameters the values obtained to the parameters analyzed it was inferior. In spite of what we observe inferior values the limit legally stipulated by the law. It was concluded that the water is improper for the human being consume. Being in attention the values obtained on microbiology’s analyzes. The microbiology’s contamination observed, it reveals the necessity of vigilance of the system of supplies of water in Huambo city.
