Application of a procedure to evaluate the labor risks, in the areas of manufacture and production in the UEB factory of wine Rey del Cauto in Bayamo (Original)

Abstract

The research was carried out in the manufacturing and production areas of the UEB Rey del Cauto Wine Factory in Bayamo, with the aim of applying a procedure that manages occupational risks in an integrated manner and with a process approach that favors the best operation of the occupational health and safety management system. An analysis of the current situation in occupational safety and health was carried out, identifying and evaluating the factors that influence occupational hazards in the workplace, proposing a program of improvements giving solution to all identified risks, through of the methodology proposed in Resolution 31/02 of the MTSS, using tools such as document review, interviews, direct observations, the Westinghouse method and that of the occupational risk analysis matrix.
