The safeguard of the Historical Center of Jaruco as Cultural Landscape (Original)

Abstract

The historic center of the Jaruco municipality of the Mayabeque province is made up of the municipal museum, the José Martí Park, the Catholic Church and also the real estate buildings that are around, which make up a cultural landscape that holds a historical, architectural and architectural value. Heritage which is essential to safeguard for the knowledge of our future generations. In order to contribute to the safeguarding of this heritage, it is intended to design a communication strategy that contributes to its safeguarding by implementing theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods. Through the elaboration of the communication strategy, the aim is to favor the study and knowledge by the Jaruqueña population of its deepest roots, its history and with it they will give it the value that the historical center actually has, from a best planned safeguard and depending on the development of the municipality. This research is intended to serve the local and / or community development of the Jaruco municipality in the immediate future.
