Abstract

Soccer is a sport whose results depend on multiple factors. According to studies carried out by various specialists, it is confirmed that coordination is fundamental for all proper movement of physical activity and especially in football, being an essential condition to obtain good results in their sports practice. They state that the greater the development of coordination, the greater the performance, especially in relation to the technique, being more effective if trained from an early age. The present work has as objective to elaborate a system of exercises for the development of the coordinative capacities in the soccer players of 10-12 years of the Formative School of the EPUNEMI. The specialists consulted evaluated the system of exercises that was very relevant and, with the pre-experiment performed, demonstrated its functionality for the development of coordinative abilities in the players under study.
