Derived from the results of the studies, “Diagnostic of the potentials of the biohealthy gyms to develop cardiovascular rehabilitation in the community with low risk patients”, and “Factibility of a physical exercise program to develop cardiovascular rehabilitation in the biohealthy gyms with low-risk patients with heart disease, carried out at the University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences "Manuel Fajardo", there is a need to evaluate the program developed in practice, to check its influence on vital signs, functional capacity and the adherence of low-risk heart patients who undergo it, as well as the relevance to be applied by graduates in physical culture trained for that purpose. For the practical evaluation of the program an experimental study was organized, of the pre-experimental or minimum control type, developed in the Biohealthy Gym of the UCCFD "Manuel Fajardo" during one year and four months, with a sample integrated by 13 patients with average aged 65.6 years, of them 4 women and 9 men with ischemic heart disease of low risk. The results of the practical evaluation, through the experiment and adherence monitoring, support the real possibility of carrying out the maintenance phase of cardiovascular rehabilitation of low-risk heart patients in the community, with employment as a means of the biohealthy gyms, improving the parameters of heart rate and blood pressure, with greater functional capacity and with an acceptable adherence to the program. So it can be concluded that the program is relevant to be applied by graduates in trained physical culture.
