From the results of the study Diagnosis of the potentials of the biohealthy gyms to develop cardiovascular rehabilitation in the community with low risk patients that was carried out in the University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences "Manuel Fajardo", and of the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem, a physical exercise program was developed for the cardiovascular rehabilitation of low risk patients with heart disease in the maintenance phase, using as a medium the Biohealthy Gyms of the community. For the preparation of the program, the content, means, regulations and methodological indications of the current programs of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation of Cuba and international programs were taken into account, as well as the guidelines for the work of the INDER's Biohealthy Gyms. The legal and categorical body of principles that govern the development of pedagogical programs was also incorporated, and it was submitted to the critics of the cardiovascular rehabilitation experts to determine its theoretical feasibility. The result of the consultation with the experts showed that the program is feasible to be applied by graduates in physical culture, who are previously trained, to rehabilitate low-risk heart disease patients using the Biohealthy Gyms of the community, as a means of communication with other traditional exercises of cardiovascular rehabilitation. It was concluded that it is necessary to apply the program developed to assess its influence on the stability of vital signs, physical condition and adherence to the program of low-risk patients with heart disease who undergo it.
