The present study was developed at the Gym of fencing located in the integral sports school (EIDE) Pedro Batista Fonseca of the province of Granma with 5floretistas, 3 females and 2 males, all with ages understood between 13 and 14 years and directed by 3 trainers. The same it intends to serve as support and reference in the treatment and orientation psicopedagogical of the concentration of the attention in the course of the tactical preparation, sight from the sports workout for his importance in the execution and athletes' performance; This will favor in the swordsmen the incorporation of abilities and tools that they allow them to use them in front of the situations that they happen in workouts and competitions. Shut in the treatment in turn that the trainer like professional capable entity makes an offer of catalyzing the process of teaching learning from his athletes' individualization with the end of achieving in these successes sports car. The finals results, for his part, evidenced that an athletic performance's important component depends of the level of attention so that the capability to concentrate influences the selection, execution and variation of tactics to follow; You verified besides, the scarce preparation of the trainers to promote from the sports preparation the development of the psychic processes that athletes do use of these to profile his competitive performance in terms o, for which actions are proposed , because of the study , psicopedagogical that you develop the cognitive process
