In the Teaching Preescolar the Physical Education occupies a special place in the general system of the individual's integral and harmonic development. It is where they feel the bases for a good health, for a correct physical development, for a high effectiveness of the organism, in this period the process of formation of the motive activity lapses and it is where the premises of the education of physical qualities are given. For what in the Teaching Preescolar gets ready to the girls and children with complex special educational necessities through the curricula that allow him to consent to the proposed objectives. For what in this Teaching infantile circles exist with special living rooms to give treatment to these children. It is very important to create the necessary conditions for the boy's physical development, the invigoration of the health, the improvement of the functions of the boy's organism, the elevation of their efficiency and capacity. This way the main task of the Physical Education is the creation of necessary conditions for the children's physical development, for the protection of the health making that they fix habits motors by means of diverse activities that qualify him to solve its own problems, to help to the community and to create habits of behavior tendientes to the development of positive features of the character, so necessary in these girls and children
