Communicative strategies to develop the oral expression in English to interact with the client in the Gastronomic Services (Original)

There are abilities related to the beginning, the maintenance and the end of a conversation in English language that are used when interacting with a client, those that should be developed with their consequent practice in those people that don't study English and should use them as tool for the service. In this article, some communicative strategies will be presented, which should be examined by the students to develop oral expression, to communicate and interact with the client, who will be able to evaluate their development level in each of them; that is to say, in which of them they have reached a higher or lower level. This exam will allow the one that learns to know which their strengths and weaknesses are, while checking its learning process and continues developing other abilities as goes by.
