Inclusive symbolic interactions of management in the Learning and Research Resource Center (Original)

Abstract

The achievement of inclusive, sustainable, and comprehensive management at the Learning and Research Resource Center of the University of Granma, Cuba, for education, hospitality, and tourism, in the management of relevant informational products and services that respond to social needs for learning and research, must be carried out in social practice through symbolic interactions between the managers of the Learning and Research Resource Center, the managers of the teaching-learning process, and the managers of research programs and projects from endogenous and exogenous organizations within the context of the tourist destination, oriented toward compliance with the sustainable development goals, strategies, and the economic and social development plan. The results of the research address the question: Why is inclusive, participatory, and integrated management necessary through symbolic interactions between participating managers? and the fulfillment of the objective of developing theoretical foundations that contribute to inclusive, sustainable, participatory, and integrated management through the application of symbolic interactions among managers. This provides two dimensions, 12 stages, and 15 indicators that comprise the management of the Learning and Research Resource Center, as well as two dimensions as cross-cutting axes.
