Abstract

Pedagogical professional guidance is a process that guarantees the training of future education professionals. This work aims to present the results of the implementation in the educational practice of a system of activities for the pedagogical professional orientation of the ninth-grade students in the Basic Secondary School "Capitana Catalina Valdés Páez" of the Consolación del Sur Municipality, using as methods and techniques, the interview, surveys, the composition and technique of wishes. Its implementation in practice through the different guidance pathways allowed obtaining a more organized, systematic and systemic process, where the joint work of the educational psychologist with the students and the family allowed them to appropriate the contents related to the pedagogical profession and the work of the teacher, awakening interests and motivations for teaching careers.
