They encounter proven to be partial of the Institutional Project Evaluación of the impact of the methodology for the development of the human capital in the services of health 1, running for Sciences’ Medical University of Guantánamo from 2020. The investigation allowed basing the need of improvement in Communal Infirmary professionals' preparation for the confrontation to the emergency and the re-emergency of diseases. The fact-finding used methods contributed the primary data as from which the initial status of the problem and the design of a system of actions could be characterized stops advance it in that aspect, whose full objective, integrality in the preparation from the Communal Infirmary for a step propitiated sustainable the aforementioned professionals' healthy becoming of a satisfactory handling of the re-emergency of diseases, according to users' opinion.
