Pedagogical professionalization for the educative leadership the directors of the municipal educational institutions the Party (Original)

Abstract

The article proposes a methodology for the pedagogical professionalization for the educational leadership of directors of municipal educational institutions of the Party in Cuba. The collaborative contextual method and its procedural-functional system were used for the elaboration of the methodology as a scientific result proposed and workshops of critical reflection and collective construction were developed to assess its feasibility and relevance in the educational practice in those institutions of the Party in Cuba. It is offered a methodology that contributes to the formation and development of a participative, democratic and transforming way of acting by managers for the achievement of common goals of political-ideological character in the current conditions in Cuba. The methodology is composed of stages, each one with its objectives, actions and methodological orientations that guide the procedure for the achievement of the educational leadership of the referred managers of the Communist Party of Cuba. It facilitates a continuous, personalized, dialogic and contextualized pedagogical instrumentation of educational leadership during the process of political leadership in the municipal educational institutions of the Party in Cuba.
