Conflict– Mediation–Justice-Peace (review)

Abstract

The research is framed in the social relations proper to human beings in society, which despite being regulated by laws established by the men themselves, which are essentially addressed in the Magna Carta (Constitution), many of our citizens Are not aware of the same, which can be used in the Alternative Justice, this ignorance allows to continue living in a culture of conflict in the community. The Mediation is thus an imperative need for application with the aim that through the knowledge and use of the same citizens and citizens of this Alternative Justice. However, alternative means to the solution of conflicts constitute a constant situation that is inherent in any human group or society. That is why the situation of conflict is inevitable, is part of reality, aspects that mean the categories of: conflict, mediation, justice, peace and human development.
