Abstract

Fidel Castro's pedagogical thought is of a great importance, not only to value the way which was traveled by the leader of the Cuban Revolution, but to get into the foundation of his validity and the educative transformations in Cuba, mainly its importance to the formation of the professionals of the education in Cuba with influence in the Latin-American, and the Caribbean area, as well as the underdevelopment countries. This paper is aim at dealing with the most essential aspects of Fidel Castro's pedagogical thought and how these elements influence in the ideo- political formation on students of pedagogical majors. This paper was carried out by using methods such as analysis and synthesis, historical logical analysis and inductive deductive. Fidel Castro's pedagogical thought, based on the highest moral demands, on the man's behavioral norms, that education, through the role the family, school and the society should objectify in the formation of values in the new generations; where love, justice, honesty, solidarity, patriotism, and a deep humanism play an important role.
