Abstract

Management in companies, developed by internal and external factors, entities tend to carry out activities to compete in a changing and competitive business environment, with the aim of evaluating the impact of the Management Audit of human talent on the productivity of the Racks del Pacifíco Company, Rapaccía. Ltda. For which the levels of effectiveness, efficiency and productivity in the use of resources were determined. As well as the strategies that allow correcting and elevating the performance of the personnel working in said company were defined. When carrying out the analysis of the commercial labor force in both semesters of the year, it was observed the highest productivity in the first because it occurs at scale, while for the industrial line the best productivity of the selected products is presented in the second half of the year, despite having the same number of workers. As external strategies, total quality standards were implemented to achieve continuous improvement of processes. ISO 9001-2000, UNE 66175: 2003 standard "Guide for the implementation of indicator systems". Internally: Within the established lines, the development of new products should be intensified, in order to help the company find its critical strategic factors and support it in organizational changes. It is concluded that the General, Administrative and System Coordination Management do not have a strategic planning where monitoring processes are found, norms related to the administrative field, the information is not provided. As this has not been done, the monitoring, control and evaluation process is difficult.
