The article underlies due to the need and importance to solve the insufficiencies that half a technician's students in Civil Construction in its professional performance during the construction, conservation and reparation of civil works of medium complexity, which present fond the fulfillment of the requirements of its social assignment. You set yourself a procedure held in a didactic model of labor formation in half a technician's students in Civil Construction based in professional competitions, on the relation's base that is produced between the appropriation of the diversity of contents that you learn in teaching and the integrative character of his professional performance during his labor insertion in the construction firms of the profession. They hold these results in the theory of the activity and communication, the historic focus – cultural, in the beginnings of the Pedagogy of the Technical Education and Professional and the conception of projects as you form of organization and in the theoretic conceptions related with the formation based in professional competitions centered in the human being. The procedure can be applied nationally to in half a technician's specialty in Civil Construction with flexibility and adaptability the context which you develop in the process of labor formation.
