Ecological Restoration in Times of Covid-19, Solution or Challenge? (Review)

In the beginnings of the XXI century never before an epidemic that disassembled the structure from the planet to vertiginous steps had evolved and, in turn, it disarticulated the socioeconomic processes that govern in the contemporary societies with ferocious speed. The pandemic of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that has been born to transform the planet, destabilize the main relationships nowadays between the nature and the society attendees in the geographical, complicated space the activity of the productive processes and of the services that had been ordered by the material production. With this new perspectives have arisen in order to analyze the coexistence among the natural and socioeconomic components of the environment, because the certain thing is that the problem of health that is experienced, presents a high index of mortality and it has charged millions of human lives in the diverse continents. However, international news circulate on how this pandemic has contributed positively to the regeneration of numerous ecosystems and, with it, to the supposed stabilization of some environmental global problems that characterize the current time. Consequently, the present article has the objective of meditating around the main elements that indicate how the planet has experienced a presumed ecological restoration starting from the paralyzation of the daily life and the imminent challenges that the turn to the socioeconomic processes can bring harnessed.
