Microenterprises are an essential part of the development of every region and in the spinal they are important due to their large number, bearing in mind that support for small businesses is a central point in the economic development policy for the municipality and one of the largest obstacles is access to the financial sector generating dissatisfaction in the creation of new companies. In this way, analyze the conditions in terms of loans and especially the knowledge and use of microcredit by these, is an important condition for economic development to take a positive evolution since the microcredit happens to make a strategic component in local development. A descriptive analysis is made of the conditions that microenterprises present in terms of access to loans and the level of knowledge they have about the microcredit that has been founded for this type of organizations, generating greater conditions of financial inclusion to contribute to the acceptance both in the economic and social part in a sector of high level of unemployment.
