Carrying out the interdisciplinary transition during the didactic treatment of mathematical contents through the teaching of Mathematics in the senior high level of education, is an aspect that has not been well accomplished due to the disciplinary approach of the documents the professor has at his disposal for his orientation toward the lesson. The scientific results shown in this article, derived from a doctoral thesis, influence the teaching and learning process of Mathematics within the senior high level of education and favor the establishment and revelation of the interdisciplinary relationships through a methodology that favors exactly this kind of transition while the mathematical contents are explained.
