Effect of the estrés hídrico on the yield and their components of genotypes of common bean (phaseolus vulgaris l) under conditions semicontroladas (Original)

Abstract

The study was carried out in the house of air conditioning of the Center of Study of vegetable Biotechnology of the ability of agricultural sciences during the understood period of December 20 from 2016 to March 6 2017. For this experiment six Cuban varieties of common bean were used, with the objective of evaluating the effect of the estrés hídrico under conditions semicontroladas on the yield and their components in genotypes of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), on a sustrato formed by a brown floor and organic matter of bovine origin. Two treatments were used with varieties of bean low watering (Trat-1) and varieties of bean low terminal drought. The answer was analyzed in yield and its components of the used bean varieties. The variance analysis was made at random under a factorial design in complete blocks, with an arrangement of divided parcels, where the big parcels were the two conditions of humidity and the small parcels the evaluated varieties, the comparison of stockings was carried out through the test of Tukey, with a probability of error of 5%. The statistical prosecution was carried out with the package Statistica version 6.0 on Windows. Reaching  the best results the variety Long Velazco in conditions of good humidity, and the P 3047 under conditions of estrés hídrico, being evidenced that the indicators of all the varieties suffered reductions for effect of the estrés.
