Sociocultural project "MORE LIFE": alternative for an active age (Original)

Abstract

The Project is managed to people of the third age, its families and those social actors that carry out its work with this group etáreo, starting from the biggest Adult's University Class (CUAM) whose classrooms work in the advice popular Dos Roads, municipality San Luis;  he/she has as objective to contribute to the improvement of the quality of these people's life, essentially those with lacks of help total or partial branch, with multidisciplinary sociocultural activities and multisectorial with gerontological focus; and also to impact in the administration for the creation of a house of grandparents in that context that once concluded, it would be also the Sociocultural Center for the Third Age. Everything motivated it by the existent populational aging, evidenced in the current statistics, many of them living alone and with few options of attention in this community, for what you/they intend practical stocks that you/they have to do with the learning, the recreation and the institutional care of the needy old men, to be carried out by specialists and natural leaders of the own Council. That carried out has been based essentially, in elements of the popular education and their community conception. The application of the proposal has thrown very positive results expressed in the level of satisfaction of the cursistas and specialists, being able to wake up a spirit of activism and desire of having MORE LIFE and with quality; as answer to the necessity and domestic social politics approved in the partisan congresses.
