Unprotected natural spaces require tourism planning and management that achieves a beneficial interrelation between administrators, in order to promote the practice of sustainable tourism. On this basis, the purpose of the research was the evaluation of tourism management variables in unprotected natural spaces of agrarian administration in the municipality of Guanabacoa, for which an identification of the actors and their relationships was developed, through an unstructured interview, a group questionnaire and a workshop; then the Jesús María Farm case study was carried out. From the study it turned out that the largest number of unprotected natural spaces in Havana are in Guanabacoa, where agricultural and livestock uses administered by agricultural organizations prevail. With respect to tourism management, there are few and weak relationships between these actors, so a change towards an ideal positioning is necessary, in order to strengthen interconnections and establish new ones that are mutually beneficial for the development of tourism. In the case study farm, there is potential for the development of agrotourism activities, which corroborates its tourist vocation based on natural resources and attractions and its agrarian culture. Likewise, it has been articulated with important actors in tourism management such as hotels and travel agencies, however, productive links with suppliers are inefficient and the preparation of human resources for tourism management is non-existent.
