Critical approach of concepts related to stress (Review)

The topic about stress as motivated several investigations aimed at determine its factors and sources and to develop alternatives for its study. Tlowever, some concepts have brought about related with stress with the idea of level the discomfort caused by stress in society and there is a tendency of center the individual treatment which may avoid the responsibility of collective health for those in charge of it. So, a critical view about the social reasons of stress are. Not the main the work is aimed at giving a valuable and critical approach of concepts related to stress, that is going to favor the social environment to be healthier. It also explain some conditions that will help to over come stresfull behaviour regarding friendly relationships, taking into consideration the integration of social media as some affair liaked with hierachg and preferences at the time of taking decisions in the intitutional context. Besides suggustien and jugdements are included for achieving a healthy society and healthy individuals.
