Abstract

The need of the establishment of habits and customs beneficial for health is vital for the comprehensive development of the students. The fact that this need is recognized does not mean that it is satisfied by all the ones who take part in their formation. The project associated to the national program­: Improvement of the Curricular Process in the University Majors of Granma Province , designed as a task  that the Spanish-Literature Major of Granma University , work with the first year students from the university library , to consolidate the knowledge acquired about health and sexuality starting from the literary works studied in the subject Universal Literature I, which makes possible to relate them with those mutters and therefore to increase the theoretical  knowledge, aimed at the practice of a responsible sexuality . The results obtained show the importance of the work done and the maturity attained by the students who comprise the sample selected.
