The study of the coordination for the local development is a need of first order for what you represent for the present and the future of the municipality, aspect that it implies for the Assembly House at the territory not to remain not our own to the deep transformations that are produced, but have a fundamental role to assure the complete use of the opportunities that the step of the local development offers him. What it proves to be necessary to achieve the coordination of the local actors in the strategy of local development. With this work, the authors propose putting oneself in the Assembly House of the Popular Power at the most Government's organ, than rest his work of address of the development in the Pieces Of Advice of Administration and in the administrative addresses, a procedure methodological stops to coordinate the actors in the strategy of local development at the municipality I Laugh Cautious, allowing them that way assuming his true role and contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of the population of the municipality.
