This work have aim to reflect about forms of representation of languages and their semiotic systems and contributing to the production of speechs and cultural practices. Initially, have intend to reflect the problem of how culture is created and the role of languages in the construction of meanings and ideologies. From an interactionist conception of semiotics, of Bakhtin base, discusses the use of languages and their respective semiotic systems in the construction of cultural practices that serve to communicate, in life and in art. Finally, reflects on the significance of everyday discursive practices nurture the discourses of culture and art, since the understanding of the poetic sentence assumes understand in advance the statements of talks about life and everyday actions, providing a route for interpretation the work of art, recognizing that this is a special kind of communication, but bears similarities to the usual communication. The whole theoretical discussion is illustrated with the analysis of cultural signs, the main references are M. Bakhtin (Voloshinov), E. Benveniste and R. Barthes.
