Training strategy of the Municipal University Center to ensure local development in Campechuela (Original)

Abstract

The determination of the needs for improvement and training of professionals was always a problem to promote local development in Campechuela. To this end, a work team composed of full-time professors from the center was organized to carry out the diagnosis by making several visits to the entities, agencies and companies prioritized, for which the problem bank was taken into account with the objective of providing a set of actions to favor the process of professional formation in function of the local development and the integral formation of human capital that the current Cuban society needs in these specialties
