Abstract

The present investigation as the cause of organized deficiencies of the root and problems in the organization of the work of Cuban organizations; the article is based on the review on groups of methodology referring to the organizational design, in which the antecedents were found fragmented, by not integrating the organizational design with the elements that make up the organization of work, showing that the methodological approaches on organizational structures are very diverse, some oriented to the design of the positions or occupations, in which there is room for research on work organization; Therefore, the general objective of this research is to review the state of the art of organizational design with the correct organization of work, which will constitute a broad starting point for future research, since organizational design must be capable of integrating the different elements and processes that take place in the operation of any entity.
