Abstract

The teaching and learning of sports practice is an achievement of the Cuban Revolution, which seeks as an aspiration not only a participative pedagogical process from early ages in every corner of the country, but also to optimize the training of future professionals of Culture physical. For this reason the study is aimed at unveiling a Didactic Strategy based on a Didactic Conception where the teaching-learning content of the student's sports techniques in formation, is structured based on the approach of the system of knowledge and sports motor skills following an ordering Integrated, that in the new conditions of the sports confrontation, contributes to the preparation of the student from an interactivity perspective: the "teaching of sports technique and theory" that presents a unit of technical-sports preparation and a simultaneous and individualized treatment.
