Analysis of the profile force-speed of the vertical jump in baloncestistas category sub-15 years de Holguín

Introduction: to control the process of sport preparation is one of the fundamental elements of the modern sport for the sake of obtaining a bigger sport yield in the baloncestistas of the category sub-15 years. Objective: it is to determine the profile force-speed-power by means of the vertical jump of players of basketball of categories sub-15 years. Methods: the experimental method was used in its pre-experimental modality with a single group, to value the functions of the muscular planes that intervene in the action of jumping. They were selected a total of 15 baloncestistas of the category sub-15 years. The mensurations were carried out with the application of the contact platform, validated scientifically. Results: The obtained results indicated that big differences don't exist among the baloncestistas of the team sub-15 years in most of the cases. Also, it has been observed that all these necessities of the baloncestistas go in the same address, and this it is the work of force. For what one of the objectives adapted to the necessities would be to carry out the preparation of force in the category sub-15 in basketball. Therefore, this analysis of the profile force-speed has it indicates to be an useful and necessary tool for the baloncestistas of the category sub-15 years of the Eide of Holguín.
