Abstract

The boxing is a combat sport in which the energy of aerobic and anaerobic metabolism playa an important role in the realization of activity. It is characterized by high intensity of movements during the round with short break to reach the recovery in front of the increasing fatigue. Taking into account this, the relation between the heart rate and the fatigue is characterized in young male boxers of Holguin team. A test is implemented with such goals as well as indicators as the heart rate recovery percent and its recovery rate.
