Examining the behavior of the perception of fatigue through the different microcycles of a stage of preparation and sport makes it possible to interpret the process of adaptation to loads, according to the different macro and microstructures of training. The objective of the work is to verify the variations that characterize the behavior of the perception of fatigue through different microcycles of the General Physical Preparation Stage, in decathlete athletes of the Cuban national team. A descriptive study is carried out, in which the perception of fatigue is measured before and after receiving training loads during 6 microcycles corresponding to the basic developer and developer mesocycles respectively, of the physical preparation stage. For this, the Borg Scale (modified) was used. It was found that in each microcycle studied the perception of fatigue increases after receiving the load, reaching its highest value and stabilizing from the recovery microcycle. The study concludes that the perception of fatigue before loading is significantly different depending on the type of microcycle and the session.
