Implementing the strategic direction in the management of sport in Granma (Original)

Abstract

The article makes reference to the results in the implementation of the Strategic Direction during the cycles olympic 2008-2012 and 2012-2016 in the Provincial Direction of Sports of Granma, its schools of High Yield and the sport commissions. The main strategies are exposed that contributed to the progressive increment of the sport results in the School and Juvenile National Games. In a same way the objectives, scenarios, shared values and key areas of results defined for the period that understands the investigation.  It is also presented a methodology for the elaboration of strategic plans in sport organizations.
