Abstract

The purpose of the intervention program is to update sports professionals in the approach known as fully attention or Mindfulness, currently usted un health and sports contexts woldwide. It delves into its theoretical and methodological dimensiones and the contento of a program specific for the development of psychological skills on cubans atheletes based no this approach. He delves into it's initial implementattion sports shoothing during the 2016-21 oycle and its application current experimental. The characteristics, experiences and results in the program offered yo high- performance athletes fencing.The intervention program offers nee options for the improvement of the preparation and establishment of the mentally healthy hábitos, as they contribute yo the development of new attitudes and skills un concentration of attention, emocional self-regulation confidence and satisfaction. The development of the program, still un the perfection phase, has required study its adaptation to the context and traditions of psychological preparation of Auban sport, assess its acceptace by athletes ando coaches, delves into it's implementattion options and it's results.
