Considering that flexibility tends to decrease with age after puberty. In this way we will know its genesis and milestones that frame the development of the training and competition of Artistic Gymnastics. With the application of the experiment, in its pre-experimental modality with a minimal control design, through a pre-test and post-test, without a control group, the results obtained were analyzed, which allowed determining the feasibility of the means applied in the methodological proposal.
