The work in equipment of the relay 4x400 feminine cuban of the 2021: Some considerations (Original)

Abstract

The careers of relay constitute the only collective disciplines inside the athletics, for that reason, to achieve good results in the competitions, a high work is needed in team which presents an outstanding result not characterized alone for them for the individual yields, but also for appropriate the interpersonal relationships based on the mutual help and the collaboration; the prevalence of respect, and the reciprocal demands among its members. Of the 7 participations that he/she has had this in Olympic games, alone in four occasions he/she has been able to arrive to the final one. Soon after the scarce investigations of the work in team in these relay and of the outstanding results in this discipline, the necessity arises of determining the indicators of the work in team manifested in the relay 4x400m feminine Cuban of the 2021. To complete these objective methods like the analysis of documents they are applied, they are carried out interviews to the athletes, trainers, and national methodologist, and a work questionnaire, media, the porcentaje,  correlation coeficient of  Pearson, is also applied,  and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SSPS) 20.0.The prospective result resides in deepening about the study of the work in team of this team of relay, that which would be of great importance to improve the performance of these and other women´s relay in future events. This way they know each other the variables that influence in the dynamics of the work in team and it is contributed to plan actions for their optimization.
