Sicopedagogic strategy to improve the concentration of the attention in athletes of sport throw (Original)

Abstract

In order to contribute to improving the psychological preparation of athletes at the base, we undertook the task of carrying out an investigation, which is aimed at improving the concentration of attention in sports shooting athletes in the 13-16-year-old category. Guisa municipality, for which a sample of 6 athletes was taken, representing 50% of the population. The research consists of a psycho-pedagogical strategy to improve the concentration of attention, which will allow to achieve through series of exercises that the athletes arrive with a better psychological preparation to the fundamental competences.
