Abstract

Working to improvement of the health of the human being is a big responsible and gratifying at the same time and more at a so ample field like Physical Culture. The senescence has transmuted of a primarily individual problem to the social issue.

The prolongation of life has a double significance, being old man claims of the person a daily effort to confront problems successfully in the biological, psychological and social order during the third age.

Independently of the advances and scientific discoveries, the modern medicine does not have all of the necessary resources for rejuvenation or the prolongation of the man's life. For this reason, to the correct work relationship and rest, the habits of nutrition, lifestyle, the elimination of every kind of excess and habits in the consumption of tobacco, alcohol and other ones, in the fight for health perform an important show physical exercise correctly dosed. In the present article we token a combination of exercises of low impact of the musical aerobic gymnastics to improve the physical capacities for the better force and resistance in the older adult.

The principal methods were: from the theoretic level: the historic- logician, analysis - synthesis, Inducción- deduction. From the empiric level they utilized the revision of documents, the pre-experiment, the measurement, the opinion poll, the interview and like statistical method the percentage calculation and the arithmetical mean
